PokeMichi is a native iPhone application for cataloging and presenting trading card collections. It combines physically modeled card surfaces, an on-device catalog of 21,415 English cards, and direct peer-to-peer trade comparison. It requires no account.

Chapter 1 · Your binder

A binder that lives on a shelf

Your last binder up front, the rest standing on the shelf, colored by what is inside. Open one and the cover lifts, swings, and the page zooms in. Nine pockets a page, and you drag cards wherever they belong.

The last opened binder is the hero. Other binders render as spines, with cover colors derived from the cards placed. Pages are 3x3 pocket grids with drag placement and per-page navigation.

Open any card and tilt your phone. The foil follows your hand like it does under a convention hall spotlight. Pick a finish, from Cosmos to Cracked Ice to Reverse Holo, and match a card's art style to build color-story pages.

Works in a basement

The full English card catalog lives on your phone, so no signal is needed. Typos are forgiven: one wrong letter still finds your card. Search by name, set, artist, type or collector number.
