Something snagged? We built PokeMichi, so we are the ones who will read your message. Here are the usual fixes, and a way to reach us if they do not work.

Restore a purchase
Bought Collector Pro on another device, or reinstalled the app? Open any Collector Pro prompt in PokeMichi (for example, add a third binder) and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought with.
Still nothing? Check that you are signed in to the right Apple Account under Settings, then email us.
Cancel or manage a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose PokeMichi. Cancelling never deletes anything. Binders and pages beyond the free limit become read-only in the Collector's Vault, and unlock again if you come back.
Free and Collector Pro
- Free: 2 binders with 3 pages each, offline card search, foils, Trade Radar, and iCloud Drive backup.
- Collector Pro: unlimited binders and pages, plus premium ball art for your Trainer badge. Choose an annual plan (with a 14-day free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Back up and restore with iCloud
PokeMichi backs up your binders to iCloud Drive automatically. For it to work, sign in to iCloud on your iPhone and keep iCloud Drive on for PokeMichi (Settings, your name, iCloud, Apps Using iCloud).
New phone? Install PokeMichi and sign in to the same iCloud account. On first launch, choose Restore from iCloud.
Trade Radar is not finding anyone
- Both Trainers need PokeMichi open on the Trade Radar screen, close to each other.
- When asked, allow Local Network access. If you said no, turn it on in Settings, Privacy & Security, Local Network, PokeMichi.
- Turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. You do not need to join the same Wi-Fi network or share a password.
- Force-quit and reopen the app on both phones, then try again.
Trade traffic between phones is not encrypted yet, so trade with people you are standing next to.
Card search
Search works fully offline against the catalog bundled with the app. Card artwork loads from the internet and is cached on your device, so an image can take a moment the first time you see it. Typos are fine. PokeMichi will suggest a correction.
My card or set is missing or wrong
Email us the card name, set and number. The catalog updates with app releases.
